Faux Bois and Faux Rache’ 101 - Cost $TBA

This is a (2) ½-day classes on Saturday mornings from 8:00-12:00 held outside at the Shape of Water Restaurant. You will pick one object to make from our selection. You will be taught the different materials used in forming an armature, different coverings, different coatings, sculpturing techniques, staining and sealing.

Materials will be included. You will need to purchase gloves and protective eye wear, clothing that can be discarded after your final class. (shoes-no open sandals, long pants-jeans, long sleeve shirt). You will be working with Portland cement, rebar, chicken wire and/or lathe, water-based stain and sealer.

Using oil, watercolor, acrylics on a stretched canvas frame of your choice of sizes. Size ___” X ___” included in price.
